Elevated single story beach house with the most magnificent views looking out over the white sands of Cooks Beach, Mercury Bay and the islands beyond. Recently renovated, large, well set up kitchen, large decks beautifully positioned to enjoy the expansive view, but with the privacy and peace of a bush setting surrounding the cottage and lovely grass areas. It's a great place to unwind for a long weekend or your summer holidays!!

It's a short walk down to the beach, cafes, bars, and shops. Lonely Bay and Shakespeare's Point are within easy walking distances, as are a local vineyard.

Cooks Beach has a concrete boat ramp, general store, fish and chip shop, hardware shop, restaurants and liquor store.

2km drive to Ferry Landing to catch the 2 min ferry to Whitianga where there is an abundance of restaurants, supermarket, hotels and wonderful shops.

Short drive to Hahei and Hot Water Beach, Cathedral Cove, Tairua and Pauanui.
