Welcome to a charming and cozy home, alongside beautiful Laird Creek and surrounded by the Bitterroot National Forest. Perfectly located to enjoy all of mountain living at its best. Supports all outdoors activities such as Hiking, ATV, snowmobiles, skiing, fishing and Hunting. The family ranch alongside has horses, chickens and a Goat. The home is one mile from one of the best fishing rivers in the world. It is also 20 minutes from awesome skiing at Lost Trail Powder Mountain, and adjacent Chief Joseph cross country skiing.
Trapper Peak is to the North and the Sapphire Mountain Range is to the East. The house has central heating and air throughout for added comfort when needed. The main/master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the 3 remaining rooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed, and 2 trundle beds, comfortable for sleeping 8 people. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and 3 chairs. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with dining and cookware. The dining table seats 8 people. There are two full bathrooms, one each located downstairs and upstairs. Crack a window and listen to the amazing sounds of Laird creek from any room in the house!
The family room has a wood-burning fireplace, TV with satellite, internet. The kitchen has a full stove, microwave, dishwasher and great views which is a pleasure to cook in. There is a washer and dryer. The dining area has open windows to watch the eagles, deer and elk. Elk and mule deer are often found grazing on the property and surrounding mountains.There is a back deck where you can enjoy beautiful scenery and the creek.

If you love to hike, you'll want to hike to the top of Medicine Point or take a four wheel drive up to the top of Sula Peak and take in the awesome views of the Bitterroot Valley and the surrounding mountains. A mile down the road is a Montana Restaurant and Bar that has been around since the 1940’s.
The elevation of the home is 4,500. Even on the hottest summer days the temperature ranges from the 40s - 60s at night. The water coming to the house comes from even higher and cooler temperatures.
