Granada Del Mar condominium is a 36 Unit beach front property Located west of Christiansted. 2 Bedrooms, one bedroom has a King bed with 2 nightstands, the other bedroom has two Full beds with one nightstand. Each bedroom has a full closet, a dresser and full bathrooms with tile showers. Our condo has been recently renovated, in 2013, with all new Kitchen & Bath cabinets. New appliances include refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and washer & dryer. We have gas grill. Air conditioning is available, although with the awesome trade winds it is rarely needed.The property has large pool. Neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Swimming beach, restaurant and bar are only .3 - .4 miles away for a 2-3 minute walk. All beaches in St Croix are public.
