APARTMENT FEATURES:
This is one of the largest 3 bedroom apartments in the whole of Melbourne City! With over 165 square meters in size, this fabulous apartment comes with a humongous lounge room with space for separate dining area, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms & a powder room, a separate laundry room and multiple storage spaces. Everything is ‘extra-large’ in this apartment - be it the size of the bedrooms, the lounge/dining area, bathrooms and the kitchen.
The apartment is furnished tastefully for executive living. The gourmet kitchen complete with microwave, fridge, gas stove, electric oven and much more, adjacent to the kitchen is an open plan living/dining area, adjoining the balcony. Features reverse cycle air conditioning, marble bench tops, security entrance, 55-inch TV.
The large master bedroom, with an ensuite and walk-in robe, offers stunning views from the floor to ceiling windows, whilst the large second bedroom, with another walk-in robe, has its own private balcony also capturing amazing city views. These two bedrooms have king-sized beds. The normal sized third bedroom has its own windows and a queen sized bed.
This apartment comes with two full sized bathrooms, three toilets (including a powder room) a separate laundry room with an extra washbasin and two balconies. Laundry is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, and ironing board.
GUEST ACCESS. You can check-in at until 9PM and check-out at 10AM. So please make sure you (and your belongings) are out of the room by then. If you decided to do early check-in, late check-in and late check-out it’s subject on availability and corresponding charges will be applied.
Early check-in from 5AM – 9AM is equivalent to 50% of the previous day’s tariff rate.
Early check-in from 9AM – 12NN is 100 AUD.
Late check-in after 9PM is 50 AUD.
Late check-out from 12NN – 2PM is 100 AUD
Late check-out from 2PM – 9PM is equivalent to 50% of the previous day’s tariff rate.
A security deposit of 500 AUD is required before check-in. This is payable at the same time as the balance amount, both of which are due at least 28 days prior to arrival date. If this amount is not received in time, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it. This bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.
PLEASE NOTE that this property is listed good for up to 6 people but can accommodate a maximum of 10. Excessive number of occupants more than 6 will be charged 40 AUD per person.
BED ARRANGEMENT:
The two large bedrooms each has king sized beds. Additionally, each of these king beds also has a trundle component underneath, which can be pulled out, legs opened to provide up to two additional single beds, in each of these rooms. Thus these two rooms have potential to sleep comfortably up to 3 or 4 people in each. The smaller 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The lounge room has two double sized pull-out sofa-beds.
