Welcome to your Bayshore Gardens Vacation Rental. This new vacation rental is a 4 bedroom private pool home and is the perfect property for your vacation destination! This location offers a short drive not only to the beautiful beaches of Bradenton like Anna Maria Island but also to Sarasota beaches like Siesta Key as well! Being centrally located makes this location the perfect spot for the explorer as you are just a short drive to the Sarasota/ Bradenton Airport, St Armands Circle, and Downtown locations.

This 4 bedroom 3 bath private pool home is located on a quiet street and is the perfect location to get away from the winter snow or enjoy the hot summer days relaxing by the pool. The pool is enclosed and also has a covered area as well for additional shade when enjoying your morning cup of coffee. The pool can be heated during the colder days for an additional charge.

The living room is equipped with a 50 inch smart tv for the nights relaxing in the house or enjoying your favorite tv shows. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make a homemade meal and to enjoy your time at the property.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The house is spaciously set up with Left Wing of the house offering 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom having a king-size bed as well as smart tv, off the master is a separate area with a sleeper sofa. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and the third bedroom a Full and both bedrooms have smart tvs. On the Right Wing of the house is another bedroom with a queen size bed and the last room as a Futon bed that can convert to a sleeper sofa. The last sleeper sofa is located in the living room.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
