Enjoy all Bayside has to offer! Bayside 36316 Waterleaf Way is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhouse located in the Bayside community. Take a short drive to the beach or stay in to enjoy the comfort and convenience of all the Bayside amenities that the whole family is sure to love. You'll have access to free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, beach equipment, and a fully equipped kitchen. This upscale, waterfront, golf resort community is a quiet escape from the world, yet it still enjoys a convenient location that's close to the area's best attractions. Spend the day on the beach by taking the Bayside shuttle to Fenwick Island State Park (running seasonally during select days/times), or stay home to enjoy our on-site restaurants, four indoor/outdoor pools, a kids' splash zone, on-site snack and tiki bars, tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts, stocked ponds, a community pier, seasonal kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, nature trails with observation towers, and more! The Bayside Health & Aquatic Club, which opened in September 2017, is home to a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, a hot tub, a multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms each with a sauna, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment.
