La Colina Villa is the perfect retreat for groups of friends and families seeking privacy and total comfort in this dreamy island paradise.Located within the exclusive gated community of "Tierra del Sol" on the north side of the island and very close to the beaches of Arashi, Malmok and Boca Catalina. The La Colina neighborhood is one of the most prestigious on Tierra del Sol and is an ideal location for exploring Aruba. Only a short drive away from Arashi Beach with its prestine white powder sands and crystal clear blue ocean, excellent snorkeling at Boca Catalina Bay, windsurfing & kite surfing at the fisherman's huts, or taking in Palm Beach where you will find an abundance of dining choices, Casinos, movie theaters, bowling and the best shopping on the Island as well as fantastic nightlife.

Our magnificent vacation home has breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and the California Lighthouse. Tierra del Sol's 18 hole PGA Championship Golf Course, Restaurant and Spa are within walking distance of our front door.  

Stylishly designed with an open plan layout the well appointed kitchen-and-dining area offers guests comfortable seating for up to 10 people as well as a luminous, fully equipped breakfast bar with additional seating. Fully equipped with 6 burner stove top, wall oven and microwave, wine cooler, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils, BBQ, WiFi, big screen TV and much more.

The elegant living areas with exquisite decor and sumptuous furnishings compliment and echo the natural beauty of the island. Glass doors create an alfresco feel providing a seamless transition between its indoor and outdoor spaces. 

After a day of sight-seeing and sun bathing take a refreshing dip in the pool, relax on the chaise lounges or retreat to the palapa hut for shade. Go ahead and fire up the grill for a delicious seafood barbeque and gather around the outdoor dining table in the evening to enjoy cocktails as cooler breezes blow.

The spacious master bedroom suite has a king size bed and large bathroom with bath tub. Spectacular views overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the California lighthouse can be enjoyed from the wrap around balcony. The second bedroom also located upstairs has a queen size bed and bathroom.On the main floor there are two additional bedrooms, each bedroom has it's own bathroom, one bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin-size beds. In total our home offers four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a powder room and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

Our on-site house keeper lives at the premises (she doesn't always live on premises, so please inquire) in a separate building next to the main residence and will refresh the property daily. Linens and towels are provided during your stay.    

For guests convenience we have a laundry area with full size washer and dryer, and (upon request) we can provide an ironing board and iron.

Please note personal laundry service is not included in the basic maid service.
