Beverley Hills Aruba is a luxurious two level home styled with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms located in one of the most prestigious and exclusive neighborhoods on Tierra del Sol. As you enter this beautiful hacienda like home you will immediately see the breathtaking panoramic views of the North and West coasts, the Ocean and the PGA Championship Golf Course. The spacious villa has been stylishly designed to reflect the environment it has to offer, with a complete spa relaxation 18 foot waterfall in the lounge from ceiling to floor giving you the uttermost feeling of tranquility. Indulge in quiet evenings in this enchanted house and enjoy beautiful sunsets while listening to the sound of the wind breezing through the palm trees.
The lounge and dining area are open plan and lead onto the American style kitchen which is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware and cutlery. The main house consists of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The outside guest house has an extra bedroom and bathroom.
Please note to rent the guest house giving you 6 bedrooms there is an extra charge of $500.00 a week (on top of the rental rates displayed).
In the main house on the ground floor the bedrooms are the following:
- Bedroom 1 has a King size bed, plasma television and an en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, plasma television and an en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed, plasma television and an en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 4 has two single beds and its own bathroom
- Bedroom 5 is the large Master bedroom with a King size bed, plasma television, large balcony with far reaching views. The en-suite bathroom is extremely spacious.
Outside there is a beautiful infinity pool and Jacuzzi with views over the golf course to the North and West coasts. The property provides lots of space for sunbathing and two Palapa's offering seated shaded areas.
